didn't notice i haven't been blogging for 20days?? hahas!!
kinda busy nowadays?? have to go back to workplace on some offday for food and wine pairing course?? hahas!! although it's using my offday, it's quite worth it?? went through sparkling wine & today, white wine!! left red wine?? and it's all FOC!! hahas!! as it's taught by own company wine sommelier!! the wine sommelier and the service staff has so much knowledge of wine?? tons of things that they are saying is like o.O to me?? hahas!! looks like it's not easy to be a FOH member of wine restaurant?? hahas!!

going back to work tmr!! have been working in WineGarage for 3mths!! time definitely fly. left 3more mths of IA!! looking forward to sch life!! hahahas!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!

OFFDAY today due to army medical screening!!
waking up awfully early compared to other offdays!! 7am!! it's been ages that i wake up at that time?? ages may be too exaggerating?? hahas!! 7am is normally for sch days!! bath and ate my breakfast and off to CMPB!!

medical screening was ok?? PES B!! ahahas!! lucky not PES A!! hahas!! after the medical screening was tons of quiz!! it's like endless!! more than half of the quiz was like a guessing game to me!! ahahas!!

rush off to clementi ITE nxt to support my buddies!! selling fries, popcorn chicken, hotdogs?? hahas!! ate some of it!! notice that their class is kinda good in their bonding?? hahas!! although their earning is juz $40 for hours of hard work, they are still happy!! one of that actually said, "wad's important is the process, whereby both customers and them is happy??" admire this sentence!! well said!! hahas!! totally different from the last project i've done!! throughout the whole project, most of ppl in the group is talking about money, money and still money!!

brought smallest bro out instead of facing 4 walls at home?? hahas!! went to ion orchard to have a look at the mall?? that place is consider quite a good place to settle down with friends and have a long chat?? hahas!! maybe nxt time!! walk all the way to cathay, hoping to get a nice notebook but the bookstore was closed down?? on the way dere, saw an old friend?? not consider old, but juz didn't have a nice fun chat with her for around 2yrs?? maybe nxt time?? hahas!! went home after that?? hahas!!

as usual for the working days?? went off to work with a normal mood not excited of anything or wadever?? been thinking about a thing?? still can't get an ans?? zzz...

preparation for operation as usual?? and the happy time came during the operation!! at the start, the order come peacefully as in come in bit by bit?? but at 8.30pm, the orders are slamming in!! and the kitchen has only 6 ppl handling?? hahas!! but lao da came to help?? lao da also the exce chef?? i dunno if he is?? hahas!! work non-stop!! when the orders stop coming in, took a look at the clock 9.45pm!! shocked!! times fly so fast when the orders keep coming in?? hahahas!! the kitchen got compliment by 1 of the service staff!! hahas!! got compliment by lao da for been hard working!! receive a mentos from him!! ahahahas!!

working tmr again!! but doing closing unlike the past few days. off day on mon, tues!!
who's free to go out?? i dun wanna rot at home for 2 consecutive days!!

but repeated happiness?? well not as much as ytd?? hahas!! went to work as usual timing and suprisingly arrive at work awfully early!! arrive around 11.20am when my work start at 12pm?? hahahas!! doing the usual thing with a slightly off happiness?? but craziness came back during the ending of the lunch/dinner break?? hahas!! wad is happening!! operation today was kinda slack?? not much orders came in?? at the ending of the operation had a 5min break and had a small chit chat with a colleague?? he said that am too quiet to attract girls?? like i dun talk to girls how am i going to have a gf?? am i that quiet?? maybe i got to be more talkative?? hahas!! planning for tmr!!

when i woke up i was already in an indescribable happy mode?? crazy?? lunatic?? anything as long as am happy?? hahas!!! wash up and went to work with enthusiasm!! reach dere and my mode still the same?? HAPPY!! hahas!! dunno why?? even my colleagues asked why am in such a exceptionally good mode today?? am wondering why too?? hahas!!

anw kitchen was packed with ppl?? 8 person in a kitchen?? normally that happen only on friday or weekends?? hahas!! operation today was not so busy?? so at the ending play the normal tradition game dere!! the person with the shortest stick must drink finish a big bowl of milk tea!! maybe around 500ml ~ 1litres!! hahahas!! during the second round, i got the shortest so get the punishment!! actually it's not a punishment?? cuz the milk tea taste good?? hahas!! end work with slightly lesser happy mode?? but still HAPPY!! hahas!!

off day will be friday?? any plannings??
